• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Where is my package(s) or item(s)?

  If you have not received your package or item by the delivery date provided with your tracking number, it may have been delayed. Please reach out to the postal service or customer service to further assist. 

• It states that my package(s) or item(s) were delivered, but I never received them.

  If you have not received your package or item by the delivery date provided with your tracking number, but it shows that it was delivered, please reach out to the postal service or customer service to further assist. *All packages must receive a signature confirmation during delivery. If no one is available at the shipping address, the postal service will attempt to re-deliver, or the customer can pick up the package at the post office.
