• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. After the package is sent off for shipping we no longer have control over the package and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages. We strive to provide the best quality products and customer service so please let us know if there is anything we can help you with during this process or if you have any issues.

• How to measure your correct nail size ?

  Hold the measuring tape horizontally across the widest part of your natural nail (use millimeters) and write number down for each nail. If not sure about your size, order a Sample Sizing Pack.

• How long do the nails stay on?

  It really all depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for about 1 to 7 days. With nail glue, for about 1 to 3 weeks.

• Are the nails reusable?

  Yes. The use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable. For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.

• How to apply the nails ?

  1. Gently push back cuticles (use wood stick) to expose entire nail bed. 2. File the surface of your nails and make them matte (use nail file). 3. Ensure your nails are clean (use alcohol wipes) and free of any oils. 4. Apply a small amount of nail glue to your own nail and a drop to the false nail OR use adhesive tabs. 5. Gently Press and hold for 20-30 seconds.

• How to remove the nails ?

  Soak your nails in warm water for about 10-15 minutes, then use the orange wood stick to pry them off of your natural nail. Put the nails back in the storage box to keep them safe. Do not use polish removers.
