Where are you based?/Do you have a store location to visit?
This store is based out of Oregon in the United States. We do not have a store location for customers to visit, our goods can be purchased online or at special events. Please see our Twitter or Facebook for up to date information on events.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Please note at this time, due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Unities States Postal Service has temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations. Please reach out to confirm BEFORE placing an order to outside of the US or see the International service disruptions List on the USPS website.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Something I want is out of stock when will you have more?
We post our inventory once a month on the, usually the first Friday of the month depending on when the month starts. Not every item we carry will be restocked each month but we will try to restock items on a rotating basis. When an item is no longer able to be restocked we will retire the item but if it remains on our store front for an extended period of time you can expect it will be restocked.
