• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• "___ is sold out, when will you re-stock it?"

  Keychains, bookmarks and enamel pins will not be replenished! Once they're gone, they're gone! For all other product, I do try to replenish items as often as I can.

• "Why is the store closed?"

  I will always give a heads up on my twitter or Instagram when the store needs to be closed due to maintenance or if I am preparing for an up coming convention. There might also be a time where Storenvy is having issues, and I am unable to ship items due to something on their end.

• "Do you reserve items?"

  No unfortunately. It's first come, first served.

• "I have a question/problem"
