Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
The US is actually not my home country, I'm European. ;) But I do ship anywhere in- and outside the EU. Do keep in mind that customs costs incurred are on the buyer, however. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
If the product is not custom and in stock, domestic orders will arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If you choose to purchase 'tracked' shipping, you'll always know where your order is. -
Do you do custom orders?
Yessir! I do commissions; illustrated and animated. I also do custom orders for stickers, shrink film keychains, shrink film charms, shrink film pins, magnets and commission prints! -
Will your fanart always stay live?
It's always possible that a copyright holder wants my listings off of Storenvy. If that ever happens, I'll sell the item at conventions only - or in my small, personal shop on my own website. http://pan-tastique.com/pans-online-convention-booth!
