• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sell internationally, and to local Aussies with free shipping!

• Shipping costs? Additional fees?

  Storenvy prices are USD currency by default. Non-tracked domestic (Australia) shipping is free. All international printed material only orders (prints, stickers) will be shipped as non-tracked letter mail at $4USD flat rate. Non-tracked international parcel shipping costs vary, but each region has a flat rate. New Zealand parcel flat rate includes tracking by default. Additional tracking can be added to your order with the TRACKING listing. Please note: Storenvy will charge a small handling fee at checkout. International buyers are responsible for their country's customs payments or import taxes upon receiving the items (e.g. VAT/GST).

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Items are packed during the weekend (I have a day job) and shipped out at the beginning of the week (unless stated as PRE-ORDER). Once shipped most Australian domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping may vary between 2 and 8 weeks (Up to 10 weeks due to COVID).

• Do you offer tracking for shipping?

  Basic shipping for all orders do not come with tracking to save cost. (Unless you are in New Zealand, where shipping is tracked by default). If you'd like tracking (with insurance up to $50USD) please add the TRACKING listing to cart, making sure to select the option for your region.
