  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All of our items are custom-printed after the order is placed, so your order is made just for you! Most items in our shop take about 3-5 business days to ship out. Certain items are made with our printing partner and ship out in about 1-3 weeks. Once shipped, packages to the US normally take around 2-5 business days, while international packages can take 1-6 weeks depending on the country. You will be sent a tracking number when your package ships. International orders may be subject to taxes or customs fees in your country - contact your local government/post office to inquire if these may apply. We cannot be responsible for extra fees charged by customs in your country. Processing time The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.   • How do I track my order?

  • Package Lost or Stolen

    We are not responsible If a package is marked as "Delivered" but has not arrived or has been stolen. We only mark orders as 'Not Arrived' or 'Lost' after 21 days have passed. If 21 days have passed and you still have not received your package please get in contact directly through email: [email protected] Unfortunately we do not issue refunds as our products are made to order but we can offer replacements. If an order goes missing in the post It is on the buyer to follow up with their local post office since once the package has left our warehouse it is outside our control.
