Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipments take 15 to 20 days to arrive to Mexico, USA and Canada, for Europe and other countries it could take up to 35 days or a little more.

What is the difference between ordinary mail (untracked) and registered mail (tracked)?
Registered mail has a tracking number by which you can track your package, know where it is and have an approximate idea of when it will arrive.
Regular mail is much cheaper, but does not have this tracking number, for this option you just sit on your porch and wait.

who covers customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept exchanges or cancellations?
I'm a small business so I cannot accept changes or cancellations, please be sure of your purchase before paying.

What happens if my product is lost?
It is unlikely that your package will be lost, usually it is only delays because the package is stuck somewhere, but it eventually arrives at its destination.
However, if the package really does get lost, I will contact you and we will figure out a way to fix it.
