• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Spain: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Worldwide: International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. It depends on the shipping method you choose in the check out, non-tracked shipping can take months to arrive!

• IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO

  The store highly recommends to use the standard shipping WITH tracking since you can follow your parcel until it is delivered, and, of course, in postal services will have more priority over non-tracked parcels. Using the cheaper option, it doesn't have any tracking number, so It can take much longer than you can expect, remember that postal service has less priority in non-tracked parcels. ⚠The store would not take any responsability if the parcel gets lost by using non-tracked services.⚠

• About pre-orders

  Pre-orders take around 2-3 months to be processed, it doesn't include the shipping time. Why waiting so much? First you have to include the time that PO will remain open, then when I send the designs to my suppler to make the merch it usually takes around 1-2 months until I recieve it, after that remember that preparing the orders and packing information takes its time, and then the order is finally sent to you!
