How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. -
Why was my cosmetics order canceled?
Due to new FDA regulations regarding shipping Mexico via United States. Basically the FDA & Customs testing for each item cost more than the cost of the makeup products. We are working on a shipping method within the United States. So if you were issued a refund and your order was canceled after the purchase of a makeup product this is why. Sorry for the inconvenience, this is something out of our control.
