Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, I am based in Europe and I ship globally. -
How long does it take for you to process and ship my order?
I process and ship orders ASAP, in which I aim for one month after the order was placed at the latest. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, orders should arrive within 1-4 weeks for Europe, 1-8 weeks for North America and 1-12 weeks for the rest of the world depending on distance and the efficiency of the postal service. Please allow for this time to pass for orders to arrive. If it takes longer than the estimated time frame, please contact me so we can go over the details, and possibly resend or refund the order.
