• Free Shipping

  The "Free Shipping" offer *only* applies to Domestic (U.S.A.) purchases totaling $60 or more. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. Please note: StorEnvy does not allow purchasers to double coupons. If your order is above $60 and you use a promo code from our Newsletter Subscription then you will not be able to choose "Free Shipping" In addition to the Newsletter Coupon. To remedy this, please leave a comment at checkout and I will refund you for the shipping charge.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please bear in mind, International orders have two shipping options: Everywhere Else Standard. This option ships via USPS First Class Mail International Service. It does not ship with insurance or tracking information. Everywhere Else Priority Mail. This option ships via USPS Priority Mail International Service. This option ships with insurance and tracking information. Please choose your shipping option accordingly. If items are lost in transit without insurance, Zo-Zo's Space will not be liable for the lost and/or stolen items. We encourage all International customers to choose the shipment method that includes insurance

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

• What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

  Once we ship your order and receive confirmation from the postal service that it was delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. All domestic items are shipped with insurance. International orders, the default shipping does not include insurance on International orders. Shipping, including insurance, for International orders is $24. If items are lost in transit without insurance, Zo-Zo's Space will not be liable for the lost and/or stolen items. We encourage all International customers to choose the shipment method that includes insurance

• What is Fabulously Frugal RTS?

  The "Fabulously Frugal RTS" section is filled with items that I have purchased for myself from other creators. I wear these when I need something quick and I don't have time to create it myself. These items are ready to go and will ship immediately if they are the only thing in your order! Please keep in mind: If you order a custom item with the FFRTS item, both items will ship together when the custom item is complete.

• Production Time

  All items are made to order. Please allow 3-4 days for production time, not including shipping time.

• Do you offer local pick up?

  We do not offer local pick up at this time.

• Will my item be exactly like the item in the photo?

  Each item, excluding the "Fabulously Frugal RTS" section, is handmade to order and will have slight variations.

• Why Organic Cotton?

  I try to use organic as often as possible. As of late, many of my organic sources for yarn has been discontinued. I am actively searching for replacements. Why Organic Cotton? Organic: Natural untreated GMO free seeds. Healthy soil through crop rotation. Retains moisture in soil from increased organic matter. Healthy soil creates natural balance. Beneficial insects and trap crops used. Natural defoliation from freezing temperatures or through the use of water management. Warp fibers stabilized using double plying or non-toxic cornstarch. Safe peroxide is used. Soft Scour in warm water with soda ash for a PH of 7.5-8. Low-impact fiber-reactive or natural dyes with low metal and sulfur content. Low-impact or natural pigments with no heavy metals. Conventional: Typically treated with fungicides or insecticides. Possible GMOs. Synthetic fertilizers, loss of soil due to monocrop culture, intensive irrigation. Aerial spraying of insecticides and pesticides. 9 of the most commonly used pesticides are known cancer-causing agents. Defoliation induced with toxic chemicals. Warp fibers stabilized using toxic waxes. Chlorine bleaching creates toxic bi-products which are released into the environment. Hot water, synthetic surfactants, additional chemicals (sometimes formaldehyde). High temperature with heavy metals and sulfur content. Heavy metals in pigments run off into waterways polluting streams.

• Special considerations for those suffering from MCS and EI:

  Items are made in a chemical and fragrance free environment. If you are suffering from chemical sensitivity or environmental illness, it is advised to air out your pieces before wear; everyone's sensitivity level is different and what triggers a reaction in one person may not in another. We do our best to plan for and avoid cross contamination but we are unable to control what occurs during shipment.
