  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Returns for FFB

  Fabulous Fashion Box is an ‘all or nothing’ deal. Unfortunately, we do not exchange or take back single merchandise. You must return the entire Fabulous Fashion Box and all of its contents. However, since Fabulous Fashion Box is such a great deal, we recommend gifting or exchanging items that do not fit with family and friends. Remember what doesn't work for one, might for another so share with your friend. FAQ Where do I send my merchandise? The Fabulous Fashion Box should be returned within 14 days of purchase. Our return address is: 3120 Mason Crk. Cibolo, TX, 78108 What are the terms of the returned items? Every piece of merchandise should be returned within the tote along with all other original packaging. Packing list must be included. No refund will be placed if any items are missing. Merchandise and bag should not be worn, used, altered, or washed with all tags attached. Returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process once package is received. Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return Final Sale Fabulous Fashion Box may not be returned. What if my item arrives damaged? If any of your merchandise within your tote bag is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.

  Currently, our Fabulous Fashion Box sales last for one month. They begin on the first of each month and end on the last day of the month. We ship Fabulous Fashion Box on a weekly basis. The orders that we receive during the first week of the sale will be shipped by no later than Friday of the following week. We will continue that shipping calendar throughout the month. Can I change my order after it has been placed? Please email our Customer Care department at [email protected] immediately if you would like to change your order. How do I track my order? You will receive a UPS tracking number after you purchase. When can I expect my order to arrive? We ship Fabulous Fashion Box on a weekly basis. The orders that we receive during the first week of the sale will be shipped by no later than Friday of the following week. We will continue that shipping calendar throughout the month.. Can I rush my order? Not at this time, but soon. I haven't received my items yet. What do I do? You can check on the status of your order by tracking your package through UPS or emailing customer service at [email protected] What is your shipping charge? Flat rate ground shipping to the continental US $7.00. AK HI $15 and international is $25. Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes, we offer international flat rate shipping. Do you ship to PO Boxes? No, we only ship to street addresses. What types of payment do you accept? Fabulous Fashion Box accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, PayPal. We do not accept pre-paid gift cards, personal checks or money orders. Does Fabulous Fashion Box charge sales tax? Residents shipping to addresses within Texas are subject to Texas sales tax. Residents outside of Texas are not subject to sales tax.

• What should I expect in the Fabulous Fashion Box as a surprise?

  Every Fabulous Fashion Box surprise may varieties per style and customer,. It could be cloth, jewelry, bags, makeup, etc. Remember, it is a surprise!!!

• Do I have to get monthly Fabulous Fashion Box?

  Not unless you want to! We think monthly Fabulous Fashion Box are a great way to keep your style fresh without having to think about it, you are not required to sign up for a subscription!
