• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Thank you for choosing SWEETWOOL. All orders are shipped with tracking using USPS, UPS, DHL pedend on your area. Delivery time is APPROXIMATELY 15-45 business days. However you may receive your items much earlier than that! All orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way! *****Packages may be faced with situations BEYOND OUR CONTROL due to customs or postal delays. Please be patient, Your package will arrive. We are not responsible for these postal or custom delays !******* NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES!! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SPEAK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR PUT A NOTE ON YOUR DOOR ASKING THEY ATTEMPT A RE DELIVERY AND NOT JUST LEAVE THE PACKAGE VISIBLE FOR ANYONE TO STEAL.

• How long before our orders our shipped?

  We ship all orders within 7 business days after confirmation of payment.

• What happens if I don’t collect my Package from the post office after receiving notice?

  After we have Paid for and shipped your package with tracking, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PICK UP ANY MISSED PACKAGES from your local post office. If you have been left a notice by (USPS, UPS, FED EX, EMS, DHL, etc..), please make sure you collect the package in the given time frame or it will be shipped BACK TO US. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO RESHIP ANY PACKAGES!! If you want your order re-sent, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA POSTAGE. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY TO HAVE YOUR ORDER RE-SHIPPED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REIMBURSEMENT(S) OR REFUNDS FOR ANY AND ALL ITEMS IN THAT ORDER.
