• Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

  At this time, no, unfortunately I cannot sell to NI. This is because of the unique situation NI is in regarding the UK and the EU. Several of the rules that prevent me from shipping comfortably to the EU also apply to shipping to NI despite it also being part of the UK. Storenvy includes NI under the UK shipping destination which means I cannot exclude it the way I have with the rest of the EU. This unfortunately means that if you are in NI and attempt to order from me I will have to cancel your order. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. I hope to eventually be able to sort things out to be able to comply with all the relevant regulations and open back up but for now this is how it has to be.

• Why is the shipping cost so high for my country?

  I am currently only shipping domestically within Great Britain but storenvy does not have a way of fully excluding international shipping options, therefore I have set the shipping class cost for everywhere else to be ridiculously high to dissuade purchases that way. Again, very sorry for the inconvenience. I do hope to be able to open up to the rest of the world again eventually.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Being based in the UK, I sure do! Be advised though that at present I am ONLY shipping domestically within Great Britain, and that due to the effects of Brexit and new rules brought in about shipping to the EU, I cannot ship to Northern Ireland at the moment. Due to the changes that resulted from the UK leaving the EU, many things have become more complicated, such as VAT and GPSR compliance etc. There is a lot that needs done before I am able to consider shipping to the EU again. Storenvy does not allow me to fully exclude NI so I must decline any orders made from there for the time being. I’m super sorry for the inconvenience. To any potential international customers, I am super sorry and hope that at some point in the future I will be able to open back up to you all again. Thank you for your interest!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
