Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I accept orders placed in any part of the world.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of my local postal service (Spain mainland).
Delivery times around Europe take 1-3 weeks.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-12 weeks.
If any non-preorder item is bought with a preorder item, they will be shipped together during the shipment period of the preordered item.

What should I do if my order arrives in a defective state?
If your package is already open when you receive it and there aren't any items inside, this might have happened due to customs. I always secure the packages as best as possible (with extra tape or bubblewrap) so the contents are delivered safely and the package isn't ripped in the shipment process, so if anything of this nature happened it was because someone else manipulated that package, it's outside of my control.
In any case, if your order appears defective, please contact me as soon as possible to check if I can fix that! You can do it via email or in any social media.

Can I change the address of my order?
If you haven't received any notification from me saying I shipped your order yet, then I can update the address before doing so.

Can I add tracking to my order?
All orders are sent without tracking by default.
However, if you wish to have a tracking number for your order you can contact me so I can add an extra cost that includes a tracking number.
