• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• My slime is sticky/wet, what do I do?

  Good question. Sometimes during shipping, slime can be in different weather conditions that mess with the slimes consistency. It's an easy fix though! There is a small packet inside the package that is labeled "Borax". With a small amount of the Borax, add to 1/2 cup of water. Mix. Slowly add the water/borax mixture to your slime and it should get less sticky! If slime does not fix after few tries with Borax mixture, return is an option as well. Returns are only good for a week after you have received slime. Thanks!
