• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Usually, you will receive your order in about 20-25 days after you order it. Your order will be sent to you in 15-20 days, and it cost about 5 days to ship it.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We have customers from all over the world.

• Can I order the dress in my size and color?

  Custom made size and color are accept. If you can't find your size in our size chart, we can make your dress in the size you give us. You also can choose other color if you don't like the color in picture.

• Which express will delivery my order? And can I get tracking number when my order is sent out?

  Most of our products will be sent by UPS or DHL. The tracking number will be offered when your order is sent out. :)

• Can you make the dress in my design? eg. if I need add a sleeve for my dress.

  We making dresses for more than 7 years, we can make the dress in your design.

• If I need a dress urgent, how long time can I get it?

  If you have an urgent order, please let us know when you order it.We will try our best to make and send it to you asap. You can receive it in about 10 days after you order it. But you need pay 30 dollars for it.

• Custom duty

  Except America, most countries need too pay custom taxes. However, we will mark $30-40 on the invoice, so that you just pay less taxes.
