• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! How ever do know that Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Depending on the goods being shipped, charges may or may not be incurred by the customer and assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hrs. This excludes weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-10 business days for UPS ground delivery and 3-5 business days for USPS Priority shipping. Int'l orders shipping USPS may take longer between 2 and 12 weeks.

Colors and sizes may look different depending on your monitor display settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see is the accurate description of the product. • How do I care for my Vivacious Jewelry?

  Please handle your jewelry with care it should not be exposed to perfumes, lotions, or aerosol sprays. Do not expose jewelry to extreme temperatures. Always remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or coming in contact with liquids, as well as do not mix pieces of jewelry together as this will encourage tarnish, scratches and discoloration of your jewelry pieces.
