• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! But shipping is very expensive international. We cannot lower the price for shipping and we intend to make no money off of shipping costs. ♥

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We can take up to 5 days to ship out packages and then the package is in USPS's hands shipped first class, which should take around 1-5 business days to receive! International packages will take around 3-15 days to receive.

• How can I contact you?

  Just go to our stores home page and on the lefthand side you will find under the search bar, "contact" and you can contact me through there. Or email me at [email protected]!

• What if my package is lost in mail?

  This is not our responsibility. When we ship out your order, (which will always come with tracking and recorded proof) we are no longer responsible for your package. It will be in the hands of the shipping carrier and you will not be refunded or resent to you. We are not in control of the USPS. It usually never occurs that the package is lost though. We will do our best to urge USPS to find it. YOU BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! 99% chance of receiving it though. If you did not look at the FAQ's before you have purchased, this still applies to you. It is your responsibility to read all terms and conditions before purchasing.
