Store FAQ

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

wtf I am not from US but ... yes I ship internationally. However orders delivered to Canada might take much longer to arrive.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped out of Singapore, therefore: Once shipped probably within 1 to 2 weeks to arrive if you live within Southeast Asia. International shipping outside of Asia may take up to 2-3 weeks. If you are from Canada it might take up to months, thus I have decided to make registered shipping compulsory bundled with every package to Canada from now on. Orders with registered shipping will be given a tracking number. During the current pandemic situation, shipping might be delayed significantly!
  • Which delivery service do you use to ship?

I use Singpost from Singapore. Rates for your reference: https://www.singpost.com/postage-rate Tracking page: https://www.singpost.com/track-items/
  • Why is your shipping cost higher than Singpost's rates despite you are shipping through them? Why do you charge extra 50 cents ~ 1 dollar per every additional item?

I combined the base shipping cost with extra 2~USD to make up for the packing materials and my time to pack, traveling all the way to the post office to deliver them, then multiplied the amount by 1.039 due to PayPal fees. The additional stacked on cost per item fee was newly introduced in 2021, it contributes to both packing cost and giving a bit of room to make up for any case where the customer has bought a lot of items, resulting the final package to exceed the standard 250g weight yet still charged the shipping fee meant for 250g packages even though the actual delivery cost has jumped significantly to the one intended for 500g packages. I used to get losses because I have pay the excess out of my own pocket to get it delivered! Imagine having to pay an excess 10 dollars because I have to ship out an order that is only 253g........ (which really happened btw OTL) I am doing all this on my own, and frankly I think 2usd service fee is even skirting it... but I try to make my shipping rates remain reasonable!
