Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Most of the time, yes. Some of our products will be listed for sale in the US or North America-only due to distribution territories, but in a few cases. For the most part international shipping on our products is available. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship all packages within 48-hours of receiving the order, unless we contact you with a question or problem ahead of time. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times -- for specific orders which even qualify for overseas purchase -- may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on the product.
