Terms and Conditions
Your offer to purchase goods is accepted solely upon the terms and conditions stated below. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

Pricing
All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing, promotions and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Will you do collabs?
Not right now. As we grow we will consider it.

Do you test on animals?
Nope. None of our products are tested on animals.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
You may or may not. Shay J Cosmetics is not responsible for these fees.

How long does it take to restock items?
anywhere between 1-2 weeks. We will update our Instagram and Facebook accordingly.

Blogger collaborations?
We are not doing collaborations at this time. However, as we grow it may be offered in the future.

Would you change the price to be a little cheaper?
NO. Our prices shall remain what they are unless we are having sales or implementing promo codes. Please support us and help us grow. Changes prices does not help us grow.

Would promoters get free products?
In the case that we do look for promoters, no. The promoter would get percentage off and a code for their followers/fans.We do not give free products.
