• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. We have separated our shipping classes into 3: Indonesia, Asia and Everywhere Else, please pick according to your country.

• What if I ordered merchandises both ready and pre-order items?

  If you have ordered our stuff that is pre-order, we will deliver them after the pre-order merchandises done. We can't deliver 2 packages separately.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• I cannot track my package, what should I do?

  Please remain patience, some of the courier in different country does not update the international packages. We have received info by our numerous of customer from Spain courier does not update packages status. We will update if there is more countries that does the same.

• Why the Shipping rate is pricey?

  We love our merchandises as much as you do, we don't want anything happen with our creations, too. We pack your orders using cardboard to avoid your orders, especially keychains, of cracking during delivery time. We would want to ensure everything we deliver is delivered safely to our dear customers from unwanted problems. Our courier for international delivery measures the shipping fee based on the parcel's volume. That is why we had to raise the fee accordingly.
