• Is the shop legit? Are the products genuine?

  Yes! Check for real reviews from our buyers on our IG story @sugarplumstoreofficial. All our customers have received their orders safe and sound, and the payment is all secured by PayPal. Please give our small business a chance. We promise not to disappoint you!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Order processing will take up to 15 business days unless preorder, customized, handmade products as written on the product description page. Regular shipping will take 1-4 weeks in business days. This is the approximate time given by the logistics and does not include weekends, holidays, customs detention, or any special inspection by your government that is out of our control. Please rest assured that your order will not be lost, and you will 100% receive your package! Contact us if you want express shipping (3-7 days delivery).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship worldwide!

• Do you accept return?

  We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days after you receive the package, in its original condition that has NOT been worn, washed, altered, or used in any form. We do not accept returns and exchanges for lingerie, swimwear, and customized products. Customers are responsible for both initial and return shipping fees. Please understand that we have the right to refuse a refund if you return an altered or used product. A full refund is available as store credit. Alternatively, if you want a refund by your original payment method, you will need to bear the PayPal and Storenvy processing fee costs. Contact us at [email protected] for any questions or concerns. • What is the store's international/custom taxes policy?

  Most customers are not required to pay customs taxes. In extremely rare instances, customers will need to pay customs taxes on their own expenses if required by their local laws. If your package is confiscated, we cannot refund you. Make sure to keep track of your order so you can receive your package in time.
