Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

What currency is used for this store?
All prices are set in US dollars. Unfortunately, there is no way to switch currencies due to Storenvy's functionality.

How do transactions work?
Prices DO NOT include any Paypal or Stripe fees incurred during transactions. Additionally, Storenvy charges additional fees for handling/commission: $0.99-$4.99 at check-out via my custom storefront, or 5% upfront via my Marketplace Store.
Paypal requires an existing account for transactions; Stripe does not. All purchases on Storenvy require a login. (Facebook is the easiest!)
Once transactions have been confirmed, I will do my best to ship your order the following Monday after your purchase. If after 2 weeks you have not received any shipping notices regarding your order, please contact me.

How does shipping work?
Shipping costs already include appropriate packaging according to your order. Costs slightly increase with each additional product.
Shipping DOES NOT include a tracking number by default. For a tracking number, add "Add Tracking" to your cart before check-out. I may request additional amounts if the option chosen does not match your order, so please choose carefully.
All shipping is done via Canada Post.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
NOTE: As of May 2021, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipments may take LONGER than normal to arrive. If after 1 week (5 business days) your order has not arrived by its estimated time, please contact me.

How do refunds work?
As mentioned above, all issues—including refunds—will be handled on a case-by-case basis. I unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of your money back due to:
a) Storenvy Fees — These are amounts I DO NOT receive and go directly to Storenvy for hosting my store, therefore I cannot guarantee that these costs will be refunded to you. These may include Storenvy's sliding scale handling fees ($0.99-$4.99) on my custom storefront, or the 5% commission fee charged on my Marketplace Store.
b) Transaction Fees — Fees incurred via Paypal or Stripe MAY NOT be refunded per their policies.
Otherwise, I will do my best to refund any remaining amounts.
