How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most orders in North America take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. These are only estimates and packages may arrive faster or slower. -
Can you combine shipping?
We can combine smaller items such as pins/stickers with larger ones like sofubi. Combining multiple large sofubi into one parcel may not be possible as the larger size of some of our toys makes safe transport together questionable. In order to preserve the quality of our figures and prevent damage we must ship each large figure separately.
