• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Order ship-outs occurs every two weeks at a minimum. From the ship-out date, the delivery times are as follows: Canada: 1-2 weeks US: 1-2 weeks Europe & Australia: 3-4 weeks Asia: 3-8 weeks

• Does my order come with tracking or insurance?

  Pins, keychains and similar items will be shipped with tracking via Canada Post. If your order contains only flat items such as stickers and patches, these are shipped via Canada Post lettermail and do not have tracking. If you require insurance on anything, there is an insurance add-on listing- simply add it to your cart and bunbun will add insurance to your order!

• Where do you get the ideas for your designs?

  Bunbun draws her inspiration directly from her hobbies and love of nature!

• Where is your merch made?

  Pins: A factory in Suzhou (hi grandma!) Patches & Embroidered items: bunbun owns an embroidery machine and runs it herself. For more complicated designs, she will outsource to a printshop. Vinyl/Waterproof Stickers: If these aren't locally printed, bunbun uses StickerApp, StickerMule, or Rockin' Monkey for printing. Art prints: These are printed locally. bunbun sources the paper stock from Red River Paper. Acrylic Keychains: Kushien or Vograce

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we do. Folli lives somewhere in the Canadian fey wilderness and bunbun ships out everything using Canada Post.
