• How long will it take to receive my order?

  About shipping: All items you buy will normally be shipped in 1-5 working days by Hong Kong Post Airmail, China Post or Singapore Post, which will take 7-25 working days. NOTE: DO NOT ship to Africa, India, Italy. Sometimes the package will be delayed 1-2 weeks due to flights and custom problems. It is an international trade, the mail system varies with more complicated shipping procedures (such as customs, transit stations, etc.), so sometimes there will be a delay of 5-10 days, which is unavoidable. So please DO NOT buy if you don't agree with the delivery time. NOTE! The orders are shipped with the shipping code (barcode) and tracking number that we can use to post the contact with our agent. Please don't worry, in case of delays, Air Mail is very safe.

  MCshop.storenvy.com works with vendors offering products for more online stores distributed around the world. The products are sent directly from warehouses, located in several places: China, Europe, America. It is very rare that a product is no longer in stock. There are thousands of excuses if this happens, we will know and we will immediately refund the entire amount you paid.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! My suppliers send items in almost everyone by HongKong air mail, China post or Singapore post Which Will Normally take 7-25 working days to arrive. My suppliers NOT ship to Africa, India,Italy.
