• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  ❣We accept orders from around the globe and if you are a Eoooh❣ ❣ Privilege Member, you'll receive your purchases from warehouses in USA, Canada, UK, Germany and Australia! You'll get also free return to those warehouses. If you live on another planet please contact us for more details. We speak Italian,English,French, Spanish, some Greek, Latin and little bit of Mandarin, so please...try to contact us in any of the languages above. At moment we are not able to decode any alien language.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Normally it takes around 7 to 14 business days to ship after processing.We'll ship out item not more than 7 business days. Once item shipped we'll provide you a TRACKING NUMBER via email.We are not responsible for any packages that are lost,stolen or delayed by the postal service. Remarks: We aim to meet these delivery times however orders stuck in customs is out of our control. During busy seasons like holidays, processing / shipping time can take a couple more days.

• Refund Policy For Lost Parcels

  We are the only store on Storenvy that takes full responsibiity for lost parcels by the couriers. In case your parcel is lost we'll offer a store credit that we'll cover 100% the value of the lost parcel. Store credit is issued, after 1 months from shipping and only after we have communication of lost parcel by the courier.
