• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, no. At this time, it is not financially possible for us to offer other options. The shipping for the "Everywhere Else" category is set so high to discourage orders from international buyers. If one does slip through, it will be cancelled and an apology will be accompanying the cancellation.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the ship date. Items are typically shipped once per week on Fridays. If an item needs to be created before shipping, it can take up to an additional week.

• Mine looks slightly different from the one pictured.

  All of my items are hand-made, so no two will look 100% alike. If it does not look even remotely close to what it is pictured, it most likely arrived damaged. Please view the Return and Exchange policy for details on what to do in this situation.

• Do you attend Conventions?

  Heck yes I do! I tend to stay in the Midwest, mostly the Nebraska/Iowa/Kansas/Missouri area, but have been caught in Minnesota and North Dakota, too! Follow me on facebook to see updated convention schedules!

• Do you do custom orders?

  Yes, but it truly depends on the subject matter. Feel free to contact me via Storenvy or social media for quickest response times.
