The Peacock Harness Dress

One of my favorite so far and beyond beauty, here is the PEACOCK Harness Dress. This beauty is made with black and deep turquoise bridal satin. It is fully lined and interfaced. The skirt has two layers gathered and sewn to deep teal bridal satin. The underskirt is gather teal no fray chiffon and another layer of shimmer tulle with three inch black eyelash lace sewn to it. The waist is adorned with three inch wide mesh rhinestone fabric and there is a bow in the center with the same mesh rhinestone fabric. On top of that is a lovely glass pendant. Such a very lovely piece and what I would call one of my Portrait dresses. This dress measures a size small with the neck being 10-11 inches, the waist is 15-16 inches and the length is 12 inches.
