Here is an adorable Batman harness made with black velvet with a gold mess trim on the bottom. It is fully lined with a yellow tan suede cloth. It is interfaced to keep the shape and is bound with yellow velvet ribbon. The center has the BATMAN emblem and a metal D-ring tab where you connect the harness. There is super strong Velcro underneath the body and at the neck. This harness measures a size SMALL toy breed dog. 17 inches in the chest and 11 inches in the neck.
