Batik Delicately Designed Harness Vest!

This harness vest is so so sweet and girlie. Here is a harness made from a batik cotton uyfabric. There are tabs on the bottom to make it look like a belt. The belt is a raised stud in rainbow colors. The bottom has soft teal chiffon ruffles and there is a lovely appliqué of a purple butterfly in the center. It is fully lined in light lavender cotton fabric and is bound by purple bias tape. It is measured in a small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It is a size X-small for the Toy breed dog. It has 14-15 inch chest, and a 10 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 6.5 inches long. The inside is interfaced, to help keep its shape. We pride ourselves on the workmanship of our products and guarantee quality.
