There is a Gremlin appliqué on the front. It is bound by black bias tape and lined with white cotton. It is measured in a small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has 17-18 inch chest, and a 12 inch neck.
