It is measured in a small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has 15-16 inch chest, and a 10 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 8 inches long. The inside is interfaced, to help keep its shape.
