New York Giants Harness VEST!

It is richly decorated with lots of rhinestone mesh and red white and blue Giant ribbon down the front. The waist has mesh rhinestones fabric and it has a blue and red tulle’ tutu.. It is fully lined with white cotton fabric. It is measured in a Large for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has a 19-20 inch chest, and a 14 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 9inches long.
