It is richly decorated with lots of rhinestone mesh and red white and blue star Ribbon. The bottom has two little skirts, blue and red pleated ribbon. It is fully lined with white cotton fabric and bound with white bias tape. It is measured in a Medium for the TOY Breed dog. It also has the Patriots football helmet and symbol irons. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has a 17-18 inch chest, and a 12 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 9 inches long. The inside is interfaced, to help keep its shape. We pride ourselves on the workmanship of our products and guarantee quality.
