Black Velvet, RED Roses Border Designer dress

This lovely dress was designed using black velvet on the bodice, adding a lovely trim of pearls and rhinestones at the neck . The waist has a two inch wide PINK satin ribbon that is overlaid in rhinestone mesh sewn on it and has a very lovely PINK satin bow in the center. The skirt on this dress is amazing. It has five layers. The one on top is such a lovely embroidered design of big PINK and Burgundy flowers with black accents. The other layers are black, red, white chiffon and tulle’. The bodice is completely lined, and interfaced to keep its shape. This dress is remarkable and is what she calls a portrait dress but can be used for parties and more because like all of Julie’s outfits, she designs them with D-ring so you can keep your beloved pet on a leash. This dress measures in a size LARGE TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It is 21-22 inch around the chest. The neck measures 17 inches. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 16 inches long. We pride ourselves on the workmanship of our product and guarantee it is well made.
