Lovely Vest/Harness Vintage material

This exquisite piece was made from eye popping lovely vintage lace with sea pearls and beading. The bottom has tulle’ gathered and ivory lace on top of that but the more impressive part besides the pearl fabric is this OMGish lovely pearls and HUGE rhinestone trim on the neck overlaid on three rows of ivory lace. This trim came from a vintage coat and the rest came from a vintage formal dress. It is a size medium for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest and features a metal D-ring to connect a leash. It has a 14-15 inch chest, and a 12 inch neck. From back of the neck to the tail bone, it is 9 inches long, including the ruffles. The lining is Ivory taffeta so it is ultra soft next to the dog’s body.
