Blue Brocade Dressy Vest/Harness

Made from a lovely deep blue brocade, this harness vest harness has shades of blue and white shimmer illusion ruffles. The neck has a pleated satin ruffle that is overlaid in lovely pearl rhinestone trim sewn to it. This vest /harness is measured in a size X small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest and features a metal D-ring to connect a leash. It has a 12-13 inch chest, and a 8.5 inch neck. From back of the neck to the tail bone, it is 8 inches long, including the pleated ribbon. The lining is grey satin so it is ultra soft next to the dog’s body.
