Star Sapphire, Ocean of Dreams Couture Dog Dress

This stunning portrait dress is appropriately named STAR SAPPHIRE, OCEAN OF DREAMS. Made of lovely deep blue bridal satin, it is fully lined and interfaced to keep the shape. The upper body has a lovely rrhinestone STARBURST in blue and clear stones. The skirt is a double ruffle of lovely embroidery tulle and each ruffle has two underskirts. These ruffles are sewn on a fully lined skirt made of the same deep blue bridal satin as the top. Under that skirt is no less then SIX underskirts in tulles, lace, and organdy to maintain the fluff in the skirt. The double skirts have 60 clear Crystals on each ruffle. The waist line has a lovely multi colored shimmering waistband of velvet ribbon and there is a lovely rhinestone D-ring so you CAN WALK your fur baby in style! Velcro neck and underbody attachment. 3 inch length under the body, neck has a velcro that is 2.5 inches in length, making this dress adjustable to larger sizes. It measures fully closed at 10 inches in the neck, chest is 14 inches and the lenght is 15 inches. This IS a ONE of a KIND Portrait dress. It is signed and dated.
