Made of faux leopard printed leather. The upper part of this top has rivets with black satin ribbon woven around the neck and a lovely ribbon rose on the center, accented with a topaz rhinestone in the center. The skirt has NINE skirts total made from shimmer tulles, leopard no fray chiffons, laces and that amazing lepord border printed tulle. There is a black satin waistband and a lovely rhinestone D-Ring. This dress is signed and dated. It is a size 7 inch neck, 10 inch chest and is 8 inches length.
