From my 2018 "International Late Night Hot Dogs" series originally for Giant Robot's 14th annual Post-It Show in LA.
This wild concoction includes: sliced oyster sausage, fried oysters, and various sauces on a poppy seed bun. From "Noodle And Dog" on Queens Road Central in Hong Kong.
