How long will it take to receive my order?
First please ensure your shipping address and telephone number and other info is correct.

Generally your orders are shipped via USPS from USA directly and takes 3 to 5 days to arrive unless customs causes a delay for some reason,If you have not received your order within 9 days from your purchase date, please email to: [email protected] or contact customer care section to request a reshipment of your order. If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and processing charge equal to your original order.

All packages are carefully wrapped to ensure safe shipping. Please contact me if the package arrives damaged for a refund or a replacement free of charge. You must report damage within 24 hours of receipt. Please email to me and include a photo of the damage and order ID.
