FAQs & Polices

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Currently, yes!

I'm just getting started, so shipping fees and times outside the US are difficult for me to judge, but I want to make sure I offer it in the hopes that everything works out.

Update (8/9/18)
From what I've heard, customs fees may apply on arrival, in which case the customer will have to pick up the item in person. I don't know what those fees are per country, sadly, or I would list them more specifically, and I haven't found a way to include them in my shipping process here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

I tend to group shipments to go out on Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday most weeks currently, but make exceptions whenever possible to get items out faster!

What if something goes out of stock while I have it in my cart?

I tend to work in low quantities, so I'm sure this might happen. For most of what I do, just contact me and I'll see about making a fresh version of the item for you. Some items have to be retired because of mold deterioration for cast props, but depending on time factors, I can work around that, too.

I'll do my best to meet any requests.

What if an item is returned by the shipping service?

This is a new problem for me, something that I've only seen hit international orders. For some reason, the box is not delivered to the recipient, sits in a facility somewhere for a few weeks, and then is returned to me.

Unfortunately, I can't refund the shipping fee on these items. And, even worse, after a few weeks of not terribly gentle handling in those facilities, the item might come back broken.

In these cases, I will refund part or all of the item cost, depending on the damage to the item while it was out of my care.
