Our products are shipped by our supplier so it depends. If the product is in stock, we normally process the order within 7 business days from the date of your order, but sometimes it can take longer. If you do not receive your tracking information from us within 7-20 business days of your order, please contact us. We will try our best to make it right. It can take 4-7 days for your product to arrive or it can take longer.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item. Buyer pays return shipping fee or keep the product and agree to refund with the seller.
