"Bad Mouth" From the Monster Molar limited art series - is a big boy at 2.5 pounds, 7 inches tall, 13 inches around. As an artist, I have tremendous fun with these sculptures. They are an expression of my quirky humor and love of theatrical arts. I think of them as art pieces as well as expressive stone puppets. I acquired my knowledge of tooth anatomy working as an Oral Surgeons assistant. I have also always worked as a professional artist. Witness these two worlds colliding resulting in collateral smiles. I sculpted them from clay, made a silicone mold so that I could cast them in sturdy hydro stone. I meticulously hand sand, paint and seal each one. (smiling all the while) I sign each piece at the furcation of the roots under the crown surface. I enjoy placing them in different situations around their environments. They are sturdy enough for the yard, the house, or office, and love the cameras attention for social media memes. These little works of art make wonderful gifts. For some weird reason, it’s fun to pick them up and hold their surprising weight in your hands. Recently I find adding little touches to their enamel wardrobe even more expressive. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do. I hope to see them around the Net as you create your own little mascots, memes, and unique displays.
