From my Saveur column, "Hawk's Illustrated America" comes this limited edition print of Moscow, PA's legendary, oddball, freaking delicious Perogie Pizza AKA Pagash, sold only during lent at this pizzeria slash coal mining museum.
This pizza is very similar / related to the "Old Forge Pennsylvania" pizza style and in my opinion it's really something special. I went to see what I thought was a gimmick but ended up eating one of the best pizzas of my life. If you know, you know!!
These are 10"x12" archival fine art prints printed by Katie Tackman at Gravy Studios in Philadelphia.
