For ELLANGEL CLOTHING:

Due to an overwhelming sales processing time may take 7-10 days mostly sooner!
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
For any Out of Stock item, We will contact you within 72 hours mostly sooner.

Additional services:
(Optional) PRIORITY Plus includes the electronic "Track & Trace service". This enables you to see the current status of your mail on your computer screen at any time, so you can stay abreast of its progress. PRIORITY Plus mail items are given an even higher level of priority than PRIORITY mail items.
Please note that PRIORITY Plus is not available in all countries.

If my ordered items are out of stock, what can I do?

If your ordered items are out of stock, you will receive a notification e-mail. You will then have the choice among two options:
-Full refund
-Change to other items
